2 . and early limits of kokanee are the rule if you are trolling in the 30 foot range with dodgers and hoochies , tipped with white corn . Expect to catch fish in the 13 to 14 inch range , with some over the 15 inch mark .

3 . limits of kokanee in the 14-16 inch class . Try trolling Paulina Peak Platinum Flutter Bugs about 30 to 60 feet deep .

LAKE PARDEE … The lake is
5 . producing both trout and kokanee for anglers . Trout plants continue with a 2,000 pound plant on June 10th and 1,000 pounds scheduled for June 24 .
AMERICAN RIVER … The shad bite
6 . is in full swing on the American . Shad jigs with pink or chartreuse tails are the baits of choice right now .
HALF MOON BAY … Salmon fishing
7 . is wide-open for trollers below Pigeon Point with some fish tipping the scales at 22 pounds .
CLEAR LAKE … The bass bite is
8 . on and there are reports of five plus pounders being caught . Drop shotting , Texas rigs , and wacky-rigged Senkos are producing the most fish .
FOLSOM LAKE … Solid rainbow
9 . and king action is on tap , with some salmon tipping the 7 pound mark . The rainbows are being caught at 35 to 45 feet deep by boaters trolling Rapalas , Speedy Shiners and hoochies behind dodgers .
BODEGA BAY … Both rockfish
10 . and lingcod are on the chew off Bodega Bay . Shrimp flies tipped with squid , swimbaits , and vertical jigs are doing the trick .
DAVIS LAKE … Top-notch rainbow
11 . trout fishing is available for anglers trolling nightcrawlers behind Sep ’ s watermelon dodgers , Z-Rays and Needlefish in firetiger colors .
GOOD BETS …

LAKE OROVILLE … The king salmon bite has been spotty , but some experienced guides are catching 3 to 6 fish per trip when the bite is on . The bite should only get better since it slowed due to a recent storm .
CALIFORNIA DELTA … Fly anglers
13 . are catching nice black bass bag limits that exceed the 20 pound mark . Topwater hopper droppers and crawdad stripper patterns have been very productive .
