PowerBait and Rapalas are the top performers. 3. S.F. BAY PERCH… The surfperch bite is on for bank anglers around the bay. Pile worms and grass shrimp work best, but white prawns create action too. 4. NEW MELONES BASS… Spots and largemouths are chomping baits.
