Rainbows Feed Heavily On Hatching Insects

CHESTER - Mayflies and other insects are on the hatch at Lake Almanor and as a result , the lake ’ s rainbows are on a solid bite . Both trollers and bank anglers are rounding up trout . The smallmouth spawn is still underway so some big bronzebacks are on the menu too .
