Rainbows Feed Heavily On Hatching Insects

CHESTER- Mayflies and other insects are on the hatch at Lake Almanor and as a result, the lake’ s rainbows are on a solid bite. Both trollers and bank anglers are rounding up trout. The smallmouth spawn is still underway so some big bronzebacks are on the menu too.
