Tuna Continue To Gobble Baits Off East Cape

he tuna are still around 40
miles out and biting really
well,” disclosed Ed Dalmau of Van
Wormer Resorts. “A number of an-
glers have come back to port with
full limits of yellowfin.”
“On the marlin fishing front,
there are fish around and when you
find the right one a hook up occurs.
The marlin bite is nowhere near as
hot as the tuna bite, but the marlin
are closer to port,” said Dalmau.

some roosters and we did. My

day and I followed up with a 38
