SACRAMENTO RIVER KINGS … Kings are
5 . flowing into the river every day . Anglers are scoring a fish per rod while fishing with roe and plugs .
MONTEREY BOTTOMFISH … The rockfish
6 . and lingcod bite has been very good . Shrimp flies are procuring limits along with the occasional lingcod .
CAMANCHE BASS … Structure anglers are
7 . catching 10 to 15 bass per day while working deep water rock piles . Drop shot rigs and jigs are doing the damage .
TAHOE KOKANEE … The kokanee bite at the
8 . south end of Lake Tahoe rolls forward . Fish in the 12 to 13 inches are grabbing pink spinners tipped with corn .

9 . in the 60 to 80 foot depth range . Put a shad imitating lure into that depth band and you ’ ll hook ‘ bows that range from 2 to 6 lbs .
