enough, the California
State Duck
Calling Championship
will take place amidst the
sale!
The 2020 California State Duck Calling Championship
“The 2020 California State Duck
Calling Competition and Outdoor
Expo is set to be held on August
22nd & 23rd. Due to the recent health
concern, we are altering the venue
to provide a safe environment while
still holding this important waterfowl
event,” said Pat Kittle.
“This year only, we will be reducing
the numbers of contests down to
include the California State Championship
and the Butte Sink Regional
Calling which are both World Championship
qualifiers. This venue hosted
by Kittle’s Outdoor will be a ONE
DAY event held on August 22nd. The
State and Regional contest will be
held as world qualifiers as well as the
youth divisions in both contests. Due
to reduced venue and sponsorship
participation, we will be reducing the
prize money and amenities associated
with the event. We still welcome your
participation as a Caller, Vendor, and/
or Waterfowl enthusiasts. The park
will be open to your participation and
the Annual Kittle’s Waterfowl Sale
will be alive and well,” Kittle related.
