The tournament features fishing in separate divisions for adults and kids , The adult catching the largest fish wins $ 5,000 , and the kids catching the largest fish win $ 100 . Over $ 10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded . There will be food and entertainment at Derby headquarters . There are two kids divisions , one for ages up to 10 years , and one for ages 11-15 years . The top five places in each kids division win cash prizes .

- Derby headquarters at the Clearlake Oaks Fire Station , 12655 E Hwy 20 , Clearlake

The adult entry fee is $ 50 per adult if received by 11:00PM Thursday May 16 and $ 60 after that . The entry fee for kids is $ 10 . KIds entering receive a free Derby t-shirt .
