Joe Semas of Stockton paid the West Delta a visit recently and took home a limit of quality striped bass while soaking bullheads on a sliding sinker rig. As of press time the striper fishing in both Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers was good and improving quickly. Anglers are hooking up while trolling Yo-Zuri Crystal Minnows, tossing Fish Traps and soaking both live and dead baits. The stage is set for another exciting Rio Vista Bass Derby this October!
